Erste Group Immorent Slovensko s. r. o. (formerly IMMORENT Slovensko s.r.o.) changed its company name on January 1st, 2011. It remains a 100% subsidiary of Erste Group Immorent AG of Austria, which has been present in the Slovak Republic since 1997.
The business division of Erste Group Immorent was created on Erste Group level and, within CEE, covers loan financing of real estate, real estate leasing and project development. For the Slovak Republic, this entails consolidation of the real estate business of Slovenská sporiteľňa and real estate leasing and project development provided by Erste Group Immorent. The aim of the new division is to furnish corporate clients with a more comprehensive solution to their needs, using services marketed under one brand and, later on, under one roof.
Our clients include large international corporations and mid‑sized Slovak manufacturing companies, store and hotel chains, leading developers and local governments and authorities.
