Erste Group Immorent abroad
Erste Group Immorent is a business unit of Erste Group, which provides comprehensive services related to real estate, from financing to implementation.
It is present in 12 countries. In addition to the Slovak Republic and Austria, Erste Group Immorent is also present in ten other countries in Central and Eastern Europe - Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Czech republic, Slovenia, Serbia, the Ukraine and Poland.
Erste Group Immorent manages a combined portfolio of EUR 13 billion (loans/leasing/other) and employs almost 900 people. It was established on January 1, 2011 and connected the real estate business division of Slovenská sporiteľňa and the activities of IMMORENT Slovakia in the Slovak Republic, in terms of their functions and businesses. Erste Group Immorent’s services aim at large clients and they include provision of loans in the real estate sector, real estate leasing, property development and financing of infrastructure projects.
